A.H Construction NZ Ltd follows a streamlined process to ensure quality and efficiency in every project.
Consultation
Upon your enquiry the first step in our process is to schedule a consultation. This is a great opportunity for you to share your project ideas with us and meet Angus (Director), who will be happy to discuss your vision and provide expert guidance. To ensure a smooth process and streamline your project, it’s important to build a strong relationship with the possibility of moving forward.
Design
After your consultation, if you choose to proceed, we will collaborate with our architect to bring your ideas to life. We will start by providing a preliminary design, giving you the opportunity to make any adjustments or changes before we finalise the design. Once you're satisfied with the vision and ready to move forward, we will proceed at your pace to ensure your project is completed to your satisfaction.
Delivery
Once a finalised design is in place we can then proceed with providing a quote or estimate for the work. The work is conditional on gaining confirmation of resource and building consents from local authorities. On acceptance to our price given we will proceed with the construction of your build, overseeing the project to the end, providing regular updates throughout the build ensuring we finish on time and to budget. Our quality of our work is reflected from not only the pride we take in all our projects but also our specific sub- contractors we use which also aim to complete there work to a very high standard.
